Kkuwi lng frm bea's haus..dun aq na2log kgbi,well ala kse kmeng mgwa eh,it was fun! pti kung anu2 mga ka-3pan pinaggagawa namen dun. Bwct nga eh,kse nmn ng-dramahan at ka-ekekan puh kme nung kinagabihan..bztah as in,umiyak pko nun..haha! tas bztah nde n kelangan pang mlaman. Well..,kgbi den mei na-descover aqng bago sa fne koh..:))..kya nga mukha aqng cra,ac2ually c bea ang naka-discover..ahliw! :)..then.l8 nren nka2log,kse kung anu2 tinitingnan nmen sa frendster.. :)..after that..,nung gbi nah..ahy umaga pla..eon,bagsak nren kme! then..morning nah, 8:3o aq na-gcng nun,kinda ganda ng dream ko..ahihi..then,2log puh kse c bea kya eon n2log ulit aq..haha..ngcng ulit aq mga 9:45 ata..nanaginip nman aq ng nkktakot,then n2log ult..:)) laboh noh? after 2 hours,i didn't realise gcng nren pla c bea,so ngcng nren aq..buti nlng ngcng aq agad,bka kse mei stolen pic pkong n22log..nywei.
Nung morning n eon kung anu2ng ka-3pan..*gwa ng bracelet,ahaha..para bang bata? ahehe..pki neo? jowk! =)) eon..then ng-swimming kme sa clubhaus,haha..sapilitan p nga gnawa namen kei bea,ayw kseng mgswimming.
Then,there..ngswimming kme,haha..laboh tlga? gosh..we were with erika[pamangkin ni bea],pti c bianca [sis ni bea]..haha,pinagalitan p nga kme ni manong kse nde dw kme naka-bathing suite,eh bkt buh?! nde nmn namen pinlano un eh,bglaan nlng n naicpan n mg-swimming kya d k nadala..tska yaw k nga mg-bathing suite,para dyn lng nmn sa clubhaus eh...:)) nothing much..it was a tiring day,At least ala sa "bokabularyo" ko ang salitang "bored" nung day n toh. :))

What Is Sportsmanship?Sportsmanship is defined as:
-playing fair
-following the rules of the game
-respecting the judgment of referees and officials
-treating opponents with respect
If you're into sports, you've seen it happen. You've probably even experienced it: Football players shaking hands after four quarters of knocking each other around. Tennis players leaping over the net to shake hands with their opponents after a hard-fought match. Soccer players exchanging jerseys after an intense 90 minutes. Even boxers touching gloves at the beginning of each round, then hugging each other after beating each other into a pulp for 12 rounds. It seems like competitors in every event, from spelling bees to hockey, behave this way.
What's going on?
It's all part of sportsmanship, a great tradition in sports and competition that means playing clean and handling both victory and defeat with grace, style, and dignity.
WHEN YOU LOSE:
It's pretty tough to lose, so it definitely doesn't help matters if someone continues taunting you or your team after the competition is over. Sometimes it's hard to swallow your pride and walk on. But there's always the next match. When you do lose - and it will happen - don't take it out on your opponent, blame the officials, or blame your team. Take it in stride. When you lose, lose with class. Being proud of how you performed, or at least being aware of things you need to improve for next time, is key. When it comes to losing, good sportsmanship means congratulating the winners promptly and willingly. Also, it means accepting the game's outcome without complaint and without excuses, even if you sometimes might suspect the referees made some questionable calls.
Practicing Good Sportsmanship:
So what does it take to demonstrate good sportsmanship in real-life situations? Here are some examples of things you can do:
Learn as much as you can about your sport. Play by its rules. Show up for practice, work hard, and realize that on a team, everyone deserves a chance to play.
Talk politely and act courteously toward everyone before, during, and after games and events. That includes your teammates, your opponents, your coaches and their coaches, the officials presiding over the game, and even spectators (who can sometimes be loud about their opinions).
Stay cool. Even if others are losing their tempers, it doesn't mean you have to. Remind yourself that no matter how hard you've practiced and played, it is, after all, just a game.
Avoid settling disputes with violence. If you're in a difficult situation or someone's threatening you, seek help immediately from your coach or from an official. Remember, too, that if you respond with violence you could get penalized, which could hurt your chances of winning.
Cheer your teammates on with positive statements - and avoid trash-talking the other team.
Acknowledge and applaud good plays, even when someone on the other team makes them.
When officials make a call, accept it gracefully even if it goes against you. Remember that referees may not be right every time - but they're people who are doing their best, just as you are.
Whether you win or lose, congratulate your opponents on a game well played.

It's one tiring saturday afternoon. Vball lng kme..sa clubhaus [agen]..ngyun ndagdagan na kme..! It was fun. Azar nga eh..mei mga epal puh doon,but i won't mention names..nde k dn nmn cla kilala lht..,i juz knw,tga a.a. cla [former school]..gr. 6 nd 7 atah..
Nyweiz..mgkakaaway ngyun ibang teamyts..!! wah..this can't be dbuh?! pero..,ganun n nga! Mei misunderstanding kse knina nd,un! ng-c alisan isa-isa..mga CRA!! haha!!! panu n yan..4th yir p nmn klaban namen sa mondei..ala p kmeng teamwork..! Okai...umaga p lng nun,minalas n kme (na-flatan ung isang gulong ng service)..!! Xmpre bah nmn..FRIDAY the 13th..,but after nun..,ala nang mxadong malas na dumating..,same ordinary school day. As usual 1e nanaman ang na-huhuli sa pgtaas sa mga klasrums after breaks. Then..cLubs! ktmad nga mga cLubs eh..kung anu-anung ka-ekekan pinaggagawa nmen dun! After that uwian nah..praktis puh kme sa Filinvest [d2 sa village] ng vball for intrams. Xmpre sumabay pren aq sa service,then ngpalit..after that pumunta n sa haus nila bea. Sabay kmeng pumunta sa clubhaus. Ang kulit nga eh,coz basa ung ground pgpntah namen dun kse umulan..,then we started praktising ,tps nadudulas iba samen kse ang slippery ng floor! uhmm..aq nmn medjo napasaya aq,kya habang tumatawa nde k nkta ung vball,tas i was hit sa FACE..:)) ..pro 2loy pren ung tawa..kht ansket nun! :))..funnei! Inabot n nga kme ng dilim..i was with bea,jona,nadia,nd danica [cla ang mga dakilang loko-loko nah kung anu2ng kalokohan ang pinagga3wa] nga pla..epal kse ung iba (JOWKIES!)..nde sumama! Pro ac2ually bukas puh tlga ung 22ong praktis..! haha..nywei..after that we went home nren..s0..kpagod. Bkas uLit..! First game nga pla namen sa mondei is 4th yir..haha! First day of classes for the year 2006. It's morning as in 6:45?? so i dunno what to post in here coz there is nothing really exciting. So..i suppose i'll just post the things that happend to me yesterday,coz i was out of the house.
Yesterday,mom nd i went to the salon,to have our hair treated,haha!! It was great. Even if nothing really changed in my hair. Coz it the treatment was only to make it shine, and look darker. We were there for hours, coz mom seriously needed her hair to be well straightend. But it was still worth it. I really dunno when this shine would fade,but they told me that it would take for about 3-5 days? Ang bilis nga eh..,but who cares.!.:.:.:.:!!! haiii..hanggang d2 nlng muna..parating nren ung service..=D

I slept at around 2:30 am after celebrating new year,then they woke me up at around 8:30 am in the morning..sobrang bitin ng 2log koh! I was still sleepy,at tinatamad pang mg-get ready for church. But no choice..,the driver was not hir[dei off! nd my dad stopped driving ever since..just to tell you.]..so we would be commuting our way to church. It was really a day.Sumakay kme ng bus!! cn u imagine that..steeg nga eh..,ngyun nlng uLit aq nakasakay ng bus as in ung public bus nde ung sa field trip..haha!!! :))..it was some kinda fun. Khit suppahh pagod pren last night. Kya i slept on the way. When we got there,it was still early. Kya pumunta muna kmeng mcdo,then sa sobrang pagod ko,n2log muna aq sa table while wating for the food. After that..blahblahblahblah!!! we went to church..tpos mega mall then went home. Pgadating sa haus nde k n napigilang m2log,as in bagsak nako! Then after that . . the usual thing happens,i woke up..then "wayem" nanman,t.v.,kinig ng music,blahblah!!!
but i should tell you..it was really a DAY!!! haiii...

First of ol,i want to narrate EVERYTHING that happend with me last night?! okay..,kgbi..tinapos koh nah "wayem" (as in yahoo messenger) ko, ahihi..,i got ready for new year. Ng-curls p nga aq ng hair [mga kaekekan lng]..haha. Then nung 10:00 n ata un? i guess. Lumabas n kme ni jandy [mai frend], then inikot nmen buong street,guess what:?: sad to say, pero ang alm k0h by that tym, sobrang saya na ng jones st. or should i say ng village?! Coz by 10:00pm,sobrang ngccmula n mga pipol mg-paputok,but dis tym..nde nah, i mean..nde kna mttkot dumaan sa tapat ng bhy ng mga tao, coz ala nmng ng-sasaya..oh well,i should agree..mas masaya last yir. But we continued walking, until nakabalik nren kme sa haus namen. Nkta nmen c Nice. Nd un, mgkakasama n kmeng 3, i mean 4 kse ung sis k p pla. We went sa haus ni Jandy,TOTALLY bored kme. As in alang gnagwa. Then bglang nilabas ung "lusis" <<[tma buh spelling..] haha!!! So un,pinuno namen (almost) buong street ng mga names namen gamit ung "lusis"...,until..ubos nah! haha!!! :)) parang..un n yon?! haii...oh well,then back to BOREDOM nanaman kme. We ended up talking about our PAST experiences back from the past years. And cguro un lng ung tym n tawanan kme ng tawanan. Kse nga, the past years were happy years w/ happy memories...kya nga sad kme coz mas masaya no0n. But cguro ng-iibuh lng tlga ngyun. So,tinawag n kme sa haus,we went in..countdown,pray,eat,took pix,EION..! bglang cmula n mga paputok! haha. . .:))!!! Ang ingay ng sinturon ni hudas buh un?! gwabeh..sunod-sunod..haha!! then pti ung mga baby rocket?! ewn..wuhut do u call buh un?! haha..andme,but ang ganda nung sky kse dmeng colorful fireworks na sunod-sunod [parang dun sa pyro olympics,when we went one tym,steeg!!].Tpos bglang ngpasabog ng money ...haha,sabay labas kme agad ng haus. Xmpre..!! ahihi..! so..as usual mas mdme kmeng nkuha last yir..,kse nmn..!!! But then eion,blahblahblah!!,lumabas nanaman kme..,halos buong street nmn nasa labas ng haus ngsasaya!! Xmpre..everything should END..ryt?.So lht isa-isang clang pumasok sa haus, kme nmn dun pren sa haus ng frend kow.
